…o use proper boost paths. Compilation now works with $BOOST_ROOT=boost versioned directory, $BOOST_INCLUDEDIR = $BOOST_ROOT, $BOOST_LIBRARYDIR = $BOOST_ROOT/stage/lib. Required Boost libs (system program_options unit_test_framework filesystem) must be compiled and installed using instructions from http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_64_0/more/getting_started/unix-variants.html#prepare-to-use-a-boost-library-binary

Modified cmake macros to remove version specification for boost and to use proper boost paths. Compilation now works with $BOOST_ROOT=boost versioned directory, $BOOST_INCLUDEDIR = $BOOST_ROOT, $BOOST_LIBRARYDIR = $BOOST_ROOT/stage/lib.
